Results

I mentioned in Friday's post that I wanted to do this week's 5K, and I did that Friday afternoon. Here's my torture device wonderful treadmill welcoming me. See the "Welcome Karen" at the bottom of the screen?

I did better than I have in any previous runs. This is the screen after I finished. My time was 46:04. Sorry about the glare of my flash. Right now I am #90 out of 95 participants. I hope those numbers look better at tomorrow's final tally, but even if they don't, I'm still proud of my old lady self!
